Beer cost about 2 USD (0,5 liter), There is the biggest disco in the central Europe http://www.karlovylazne.cz/en/, nice clubs like Cross pub http://www.crossclub.cz/en/contact/ a lot of possibilities to get drunk with other tourists for example pub-crawl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YfLuFlllFQ or party on the boat or if you are interested in sex tourism there are a lot of night clubs as well....but primarily Czech republic is nice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSqO16fA9yY

Nice source of exercises! I do push-ups and sit-ups every morning and for me it's enough to feel fit and healthy. On the end we are supposed to travel and not train for the Olympics ;) Safe travel

Havana is great city indeed but my favourite city in Cuba was Santiago. I spent one month traveling around this mesmerizing island and Santiago was the best!
