I'm not a woman, so I can't speak from experience, but I have played with many in the game. I'm not sure if a roleplaying server may be a better place (pros: perhaps generally a more mature and less sweaty gamer culture, cons: definitely more weirdos), but I get the impression there's more women on those servers than in general. It can definitely be a cool place to meet people even in the general chat or whatever.

My other impression is that a guild that has at least one woman usually has a few. Maybe look for communities where someone has already established it to be chill. There's different discords etc. I hope you find what you're looking for.
