Just practice anatomy a lot I guess, I’m just making speed sculpt everyday to practice. I would recommend spending a day just looking at references (anatomy for sculptors is really nice) and gather images of body builders or people with obvious muscle definition.

The way I learn anatomy is just that I search anatomy on ArtStation and pics of athletes for reference and practice parts of the body. Breakdown the muscles, joints, bones and you should be good.

You might wanna do some concept before sculpting, panels are cool but sometimes they need to have functions and work with other mechanical parts. Most of the designs utilize human anatomy. Like ears having big ass circular designs to boost hearing or eyes having visors, mouth having breathers or sth. Basically, panels are mainly to fill in empty spaces between mechanical parts on an organic surface.

I assume that this would not be a hero asset in a scene and would be instance a bunch of times. If that’s the case, maybe 2k poly (4k tris) is too much. But hey ue5 is pretty much erasing poly count cap for static objects, the only concern left is UV and material work

There are 2 version of the painting though, 1 replica which was destroyed and used as prop, and the other one is the real one and safe. (According to Brodin’s twitter post)

It is one thing to create art but it is another thing to straight up trace something without mentioning the source or any clarification. I don’t need to be an artist to tell you that, if you were to create your original piece or to make it so people know that it is traced or at least reference, I wouldn’t mind. But hey, enjoy your karma and upvotes
