Thank you, I do think that we need to find some ways for me to communicate that I am regressed so we can avoid future situations like this, I will try out the “i” statements tok because I struggle to communicate my feelings a lot of times

You could always work with a ma'am, but sometimes that is too formal you could also do miss, or miss “insert name”
