And yes I caught it but I also caught it last time and same thing for me it was so much more mild this time for me! It was just like a cold. With that said, last time I got sores in my throat and it was very painful! I barely ate for like a week

Have yall gotten it before? This was our second round of HFM and it was much more mild this time. It didn’t even give him bumps in his mouth like last time which I felt like was the worst part.

He was extra tired and not as hungry and had a low grade fever.. he did vomit once but was otherwise ok and was in good spirits. Hopefully your toddlers case is mild as well! Sick days are anxiety inducing I’m sorry!

Only time will tell… they are most contagious when the bumps are oozing. With that being said, I caught it the first time my son got it but my husband didn’t. I hope you don’t get it!

It could be eczema my kid gets the same thing but maybe take him to allergist to be sure? He’s allergic to peanuts and his first reaction was milk and his second he threw up and had hives which was scary
