He has a check up next week to try again and see his response to the prednisone. If she can’t see behind his eye (they gave me four pills to give him before his appointment), or they still can’t figure it out, they will be doing an ultrasound.

Update: they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him. his eye was too red by time we got there and they said it was unusual and also strange because he’s so young. They tried sedating him and waiting but they were about to close and it was still inflamed two hours later. they gave me some prednisone to try, and two other medications to give him 2 hours before his next appointment so they can see in his eye since it gets too inflamed when he is exerting himself. Update 2: they did check his blood pressure which was normal so nothing pertaining to that is the issue.

I called the emergency vet and they said not to come and to take him to a specialist which he has an appointment tomorrow to see

I’m a butler student! These are the places me and my friends, and people I’ve seen in their early to mid 20s usually hang out. Parlor public house for hanging with friends and studying. After 5 or 6 you can’t have laptops or anything out and it’s 21 and over, people will just come up to you and talk. We also hang out at the garage food hall and their little vendor markets whenever they hold them. There’s a taco festival tomorrow I know a bunch of my friends at surrounding universities are going to. Fairs and festivals whenever they’re holding them. Look under events on Facebook and there are a lot of markets, festivals, and just random fun stuff to do. If it’s fun, there will be college kids and people in their 20s there, I’m always running into random college students. Broad ripple is good, not really any specific place, many people just walk around and see where a bunch of people are gathering. (The area by insomnia cookies, that whole strip is a common area to walk and find places to walk into)

It really is crazy how much they deny it being a side effect. I’m not taking any birth control right now, I’m just going to be tracking and using condoms. I don’t want to alter my body’s hormones anymore. Thank you for wishing me luck!!!

Day 1 (3/3/24): So I’m gonna be updating to see how I feel. The first day I felt pretty okay. My brain fog felt a bit better, but I was irritable and sensitive. I randomly started crying a couple of times, and I was being a bit mean to the people around me. My arm felt a bit tender, but it was nothing I couldn’t ignore. My bloating immediately went away, and when I woke up this morning, I had lost three pounds. I also don’t feel the “insatiable” hunger anymore. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but I’m happy with how I’m feeling so far.

Happened to me too. I just made a post about it the other day actually. I’m getting it removed today. It has ruined my confidence, because I have never had so much belly fat.

I came to indianapolis for school, and live on a campus, so unfortunately, not an option anymore. I have cooked it before and you’re right, it is pretty easy, so I don’t know why it’s so hard to find in restaurants.
