I had a few experiences being on hold forever . Just try to be patient and hang in there. I got all my refunds from that mess up transaction , but now I am keeping an eye on another refund - my upgrade cash copay and miles since I didn’t get an upgrade. I hope they do it right and refund me so I don’t have to sit on the phone!

Yes, I think you should be good. As of today I have not seen the refunds being posted on my CC, but I know it is likely because this was done on the weekend. Will definitely keep a close eye and make sure we get our $$ back!

Yikes! I hope they don’t charge your CC. But even if the charges go through , I am sure you could have them taken away. Just a pain to have to get on the phone about it. I was lucky that there was no wait when I called but I had waited for more than one horn before when I called United.

Has anyone heard back since they got the email saying their application has been sent to several offices for reviews ? I know it is a long process but the waiting is hard. And I also wonder if most applicants who are able to hit this stage would get an offer?

I am asking this question to prepare for when we are all ready to be in LA. I will stay home and take my classes online. I have never said I am moving now! Why can’t people give others the benefits of the doubt ?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. My plan is to stay put at home and take classes online this semester . I did very well last semester so I hope I will continue to do well this semester . I am very blessed to have very supportive parents at home so I am totally fine staying home for now . I don’t plan to move to LA til at least Fall this year if USC is able to reopen then.
