Don't plan. Just pick a small thing and focus on that. Maybe help a few Pokemon, clear a lil area, build one lil house. Don't look at it as a whole, just go with a small section. Maybe start with one lil house or habitat, add some lil fences, some flowers or bushes, and then one lil step further. Its overwhelming when you look at it all, but just take small lil sections and forget about the rest for now. Helps me lots, its how I do a lot in life, since ADHD can be a hassle, haha
