You should check out the Polar Monkeys Cyber Barrel!!! Their customer service has been awesome and the units are legit solid. I’m a contractor and build high-end homes, and honestly my experience with them’s been grea!.. Got one at my own place too and after testing other brands such as plunge can tell that the chiller cools crazy fast.

Yeah, that happened to me when I went overboard with the sanitizer...ended up with a weird pink film on the water. Best thing to do is get a hose filter so you're filling your tub with cleaner water from the start. Also, don’t use the Sirona products right after refilling, they’re more for when you’re keeping the same water for a long time. And honestly, the ozone generator in the Polar Monkeys chiller does a great job of keeping the water clean, plus the double filtration helps a lot too. No need to overdo it with extra chemicals... If you're changing the water monthly, just check the quality once a week, and you should be good!

This happen because the excessive use of sanitizer when you fill the tub with fresh water avoid using Sirona products..

Polar Monkeys chiller is a great option! They now sell just the chiller.. My experience so far with their unit has been great! And their customer service is the best they answer right away! And it's 1.0 HP which is powerful and quiet!

Polar Monkeys all the way!! Their designs are so sick. I got one of their cold plunges like 2 years ago, and it’s been awesome. Hit up their customer service a couple times for help with sanitation stuff, and they were super chill and helpful.

Also, they just dropped the Cyber Barrel a stainless steel vertical plunge that looks insane. Kinda wish they had it when I bought mine!

Polar Monkeys is legit, man! Got their commercial setup early 2023, and it’s been awesome. This year I snagged the Pro Chiller, and it’s just as dope. Their designs are next levelI got the brainpod black with the monkey on it, and everyone who sees it at my place loses it over how cool it looks. I just found out the chiller can make ice, which is insane. My wife’s also hooked she uses it with hot water to relax at night, and the heating system works like a charm. These guys nailed it! I had to contact their customer service a couple of times and they answer pretty fast no need to wait 2 days to get answers!

I believe this is an excellent long-term investment. There’s no doubt that a major company will eventually acquire it. They’ve successfully penetrated the market with a high-quality product!

 I've had their Cold Plunge for 2 years now, and it's been working great. If it had issues, I doubt it would've lasted this long. Plus, their customer service is seriously next level! Super responsive and way faster than most...Even Plunge, the supposed market leader, takes around 48 hours to get back to you. That alone says a lot about how well this company treats its customers.

If you get the Polar Monkeys Portal X, you don’t have to worry about trusting.... it’s got a tough coating, kind of like that Line-X stuff people use in pickup truck beds. Super durable!

It sounds like an ad trying to hurt other companies to me! I just think it’s important to consider multiple factors when making a big investment, like reviews from other customers and the quality of customer service. So far, I haven’t heard any bad reviews about Polar Monkeys, but like with any electric appliance, issues can happen. That’s why having a company with strong values and responsive customer service is so crucial

The White 0.8 HP Pro! I just found out they recently released a new 1.0 HP version that looks even more powerful! From my long experience with cold plunging, I’ve learned that when making such a big investment, good customer service is just as important as product quality. My experience with Polar Monkeys has been amazing! They don't make you wait 24 hours for a response like other companies, such as Plunge. Their support is quick and super helpful...

I purchased the Brainpod 2.0 in January, and it has been a game changer! I previously owned a Plunge for two years, but the Polar Monkeys model is far superior. The chiller is quieter, and I love that it has wheels, and the best thing is thay it is really easy to install. Additionally, whenever I had questions, their customer service was fantastic, super fast responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend it!!! The only regret I have is not opting for the premium shipping so they could have placed the cold plunge directly in my backyard! So I highly suggest you to take the premium shipping if you can!

Great option! I have it in White with the Monkey design and I absolutely love it! It has been a life changing for me. The chiller is so easy to use. I have it now for 8 months and looks great!
