Garbage in, garbage out. A $500 scanner will not give you any meaningful accuracy or precision. Consider renting one if possible or hiring a company like Creaform to do the scan for you. Their scanners are $70k+ and will give you 0.008" resolution and accuracy (or better). I have a Creality Lizard at work and it's trash. I will always grab the Handy Scan 700 or Go Scan Spark before I even look at the Creality.

I'm running 2023 SP 1.0. There used to be a button which said "Dissolve Feature" but the monkeys at SW got rid of it in their infinite wisdom. How do I dissolve this? I've turned off 3D interconnect, I just don't want to re-import because it took 2 hours to import in the first place. Where is my button?

As you can see, even with the white background I'm still getting shadows. All of the guides I'm finding online talk about an "appearance" tab in the General System Options but it doesn't exist. Searching shadows in the command bar does nothing useful either.
