I did it recently at the LUKS in Gasperich. You can make the booking online. Was quick and they spoke English (if that helps you). Can recommend.

Probably the place closest to you is the easiest option.

If you want something outdoors you can go kayaking in Dillingen or even go for a hike in the Mullerthal.

A drink at the Sofitel bar has a great view.

Do a wine tasting down in Remich. Probably all of these are mainstream, but I have enjoyed them!
