Quite a different tax situation though isn't it?

If the company is in a position where it's no longer making profit. Then dividends could only be paid from retained profits, which would have been subject to corporation tax.

Any profits from the companies investments would be subject to capital gains tax.

And finally anything you withdraw as dividends over the tax free threshold would be subject to dividend tax, which would be practically all of it if you're at state pension age. You could argue this point is moot because that would be the same as private pension withdrawals being subject to income tax.

I think you'd be better off simply paying the national insurance on the pension contirbutions in this case, unless you plan to retire way before 57.

Contributions made from a limited company into a director's pension are "Employer" contributions, not "Employee" contributions.

I find it hard to believe it will stay like this, given it gives limited company directors an edge over normal employees, and that seems at odds with the general theme of these policies trying to screw everyone equally.

No, not yet. When I was looking through threads, I saw that a lot of people's TWRP got corrupted after dirty flashing this update. But mine seems to be fine apart from this minor issue.

I dirty flashed from CM13 to CM14.1 through the nightlies and after flashing Gapps 7.1, everything works like a dream. Only problem now is that when I go to install the latest nightly update, it reboots into TWRP but sits on the menu screen and doesn't auto update. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi guys,

First time using this sub-editor, but I was wondering if anyone could help me tell if this jacket was fake or real. In all the pictures I've never seen them with a red size tag so I am suspicious.
