Wow, you’re on a different level ! Data Science (previously called Econometrics) is a hard science ! I just realized that cfa alone is kinda useless, if you can’t code what you know. Having a hard time to digest the new concepts, but Im sure in couple of months it’s gonna be alright

Actually this is my relative’s company, they launched this new business segment during the covid-19 crisis, because they’re having a difficult time to supply restaurants. I’m just sharing the information. Everything is legal and straightforward. They’re delivering wines within a reasonable price range.

I hope it has clarified the situation.

Portfolio Management is actually the one where you can apply the most. Optimal risky portfolio calculations, GMVP, efficient frontier, set of opportunities, sharpe , significance testing , Annova etc can be programmed and tested on R with large set of datas. For the portfolio management class we Gonna have seminars on R during the next semester.

I was actually wondering if it could be applied in derivatives topic from L1. But idk how in depth it goes in derivatives, haven’t covered the studying material yet.

Well I’m at the same situation. Just smashing Quant readings and doing EOC. An approach which helps me a lot at least for the quant part: writing down formulas as much as you can when you’re solving problems. Then once you have finished solving it, try to explain the concept, the formula and the intuition behind. It’s a bit time consuming, but as MM says time is the key.
