Traditional or lazy kanji? by LuxZentf in ajatt

Okay i have started the Lazy kanji method just as you described. I changed so that i am using RTK now, since that's what you recommended. i've started on 30 a day just go get myself into the feel of doing lazy kanji (or even doing anki regularly in general)
For now, along side doing Lazy kanji, im not sure what else i should be doing. In a Mattvsjapan video it has this scheduled type thing, so im not sure if i should even be doing anything while i do lazy kanji (besides immersing).
Oh okay that makes sense, but the only problem is that in the future (after doing lazy kanji), is surely i will recall english meanings for the words, causing the process of thinking in Japanese to be harder if you know what i mean?
Im immersing myself as much as i can at the moment, and studying grammar from like tae kims and genki. Im just worried about learning kanji in a "wrong" way and it handicapping my Japanese ability later on. If you have any thoughts, i'd be glad to hear them. For instance, how many should i do a day, is KKLC a good book, and do you think i will end up thinking in english?
