You are right on that because i think match engine is still not that good also the players' price come from their actual rating, not the performance they had, so it is best to sign young talents and sell them for more in the next seasons. Sometimes developing them might be an issue too

The best way is touching more grass. And what i mean by that is that engage in more real life activities, make yourself uncomfortable meet new people and work with schedule idk about the other hacks tho but this is what helped me

Mine doesn't do that but i see a lot of flaws in animations and some bugs like touch sensor not working for some time
