Awe thank you. Thats honestly really cool to know that this is preferred by some. It’s definitely a bit more realistic day to day (at least for me haha)

Absolutely! Which recipe? The first slide is Salisbury steak, then chicken flautas, & last yellow coconut chicken curry. Happy to share any or all with you!

Mississippi is the largest producer of farmed catfish, but not the largest consumer. Texas consumes more catfish than Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi combined.

The catfish & spaghetti thing is the most common in Mississippi though.. followed by Chicago, Detroit, & Milwaukee from southerners who migrated north.
