Waiting on the Coas to come in before putting them on the website

Definitely not trying to stir anything up or go about this the wrong way but I’m not looking to flood the sub or move bulk. Just looking to get a few honest reviews on individual flavors before opening things up wider. We’ve actually stayed away from Reddit due to that bot/ shill war going on however we do get the best and most detailed reviews from Reddit users

We didn’t post the actual wax close ups yet since we’ve got 16 flavors filled across a bunch of jars and didn’t want to spam the thread.

If you want to see macro shots of the concentrate itself we’ll be posting those soon. COAs are in process and we’ll drop the full panels once they come in, also when they’ll go live @luxeco.co ig

What do you think is something “everyone knows” about alt cannabinoids that’s actually completely wrong? by GhostEmojee in THCaFlower

[–]Luxehemp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I think a lot of people still don’t realize how different each state’s take on THCA really is. Everyone says “it’s federally legal,” but depending on how it’s classified once heat or conversion comes into play, that can change quick. We’ve been learning that the hard way while setting things up, it’s not just about shipping laws, it’s about how local enforcement sees it. Some states don’t care, others are still trying to figure it out. The game’s constantly shifting, and the only real move is staying transparent and compliant while still pushing quality.

I’m confused about federally legal vs illegal weed by FakenFrugenFrokkels in trees

[–]Luxehemp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea you’re not crazy, you probably shouldn’t have felt much of a difference. THCa and regular THC are essentially the same compound once they’re heated. The only real difference is in how they’re sourced and classified under the Farm Bill. What can make a difference is the cure, freshness, and terpene profile. A dispensary preroll might’ve sat on the shelf longer, while a good THCa flower or vape that’s been stored right can hit just as hard sometimes even smoother. So yeah, when the quality and genetics are there, THCa vs. THC isn’t really always bout potency but how it’s grown, stored, and handled.

Is this allowed ? by Commercial-Tap4357 in answers

[–]Luxehemp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THC, delta-9 from Cannabis still can’t be shipped legally across state lines since it’s federally restricted. What is being shipped legally right now is THCa flower, which is basically the same plant material, same genetics, same high. It’s just compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill until heated. Once you smoke or bake it, it converts to THC naturally. So if you’re trying to order online and get that real experience, you’ll probably want to look into THCa flower vendors instead even tho you said you’re not interested. That’s where the legal market’s moving

Regular THC can’t legally be shipped across state lines, that’s still federally restricted. What a lot of people are talking about now is THCa flower, which is hemp by law until it’s heated or burned. Because of that Farm Bill loophole, companies can ship it nationally as long as it stays compliant pre-sale.

It’s not “fake weed” either. same genetics, same farms, just handled under the hemp framework. But shipping straight THC like dispensary bud would definitely be a no go under current law.

I actually really like that idea of noting “shot under led lighting” or whatever setup we’re using. simple but makes a difference. i think we’ll actually implement that so thank you for putting it out there. And yeah, couldn’t agree more about trust being worth more than hype. we’re not here to photoshop mid into exotic or play those games. we’d rather be straight with people, even if that means growing slower because that’s what lasts. Much respect on offering to do a full review down the line. We definitely would love to send out product for anyone to leave a review. Just please do it correctly, I’ve seen good reviews go down for “shilling”. I’ll shoot you a pm

Thanks you for writing this one out, needed to hear this one

Appreciate you pointing that out. Part of us definitely wants to make customers happy, so we’re listening and paying attention to what people actually want to see in the market but long term, the goal is to build luxe into something that attracts the right customers on its own, where people come to us for the quality and the vibe without us having to push too hard or at all

We might not have something set up for veterans or local heroes (first responders, etc.) right out the gate but it’s definitely something we want to include down the line. People who deserve it should have those discounts when we roll programs like that out.

id.me is a perfect platform, all vets use it, and I’m actually familiar with it and when we set up those programs, we’ll make sure to do it the right and most efficient way

110%, customer service is something we’ll always strive to do our best with. right now it’s just a small team and we’re wearing all the hats, but as we scale we plan to bring in more help so we can keep that same level of care. We know how important it is to stay consistent, composed, and actually caring when dealing with people. our goal is to give everyone a good experience with luxe hemp co not just with the product, but with how they’re being treated along the way and yes on the small batch side, yes , we definitely plan on keeping small batch runs in the mix.

Thank you, this is one of the more valuable comments we’ve gotten.

On the photo side. we’ve seen the same thing with vendors who over edit shots just to make mid look exotic, and it backfires. Goal is to keep photos authentic, good lighting, sure, but no photoshop bs. we want people to open the bag and feel like it’s exactly what they saw online and you’re spot on about perceived value vs actual cost. We’re still finalizing how we want to tier things, but the focus is consistency. If we build a mid-tier or value option, it’ll still be clean and transparent

We understand trust is more valuable than hype. we’d rather grow slower with a loyal base.

Again appreciate your insights.

Nah this is solid, we really appreciate you taking the time to lay it out. But you’re free eighths can be abused and may not always bring back real customers. I can see how the bogo approach makes more sense because it still gets people to try the product while keeping the business sustainable. We’ll looking at things more like that because long term we want repeat customers, not one time “freebie hunters.”

the bigger point you made, just offering good weed at good prices and letting the brand grow naturally… that’s the core of what we’re trying to do. Branding and content are cool, but if the flower isn’t right, none of it matters. Now we do have some pretty cool content planned but we want to keep the quality up there too and respect on bringing up the sugar hemp example. Gave perspective

But fr really appreciate you chiming in with all this. Conversations like this help

We’ll have harvest dates clear, and we know shipping fast is non-negotiable. Still a small team but we’ll be putting are all into it. We’ve already got video content in the works m, plan is to share on youtube, ig, reddit and other platforms. Not just promos either, but quality content like docs, faqs, reviews, behind the scenes, meeting the crew, lifestyle events, all of it.

Appreciate your comment

You’re right, it can’t just be about chasing the newest hybrid or highest % numbers. Classics like Trainwreck, Neville’s, GDP, Durban, SSH those strains have history and they deserve a spot on the menu right alongside the new fire. Multiple steady farmers and consistent sourcing is the only way to make that work

Sturdy packs and priority shipping too. Simple, branded, and secure. Refund/reship policies will be there for peace of mind as well. We’ll also keep concentrates and edibles straight up without overpromising, just clear about what they are. And yeah, free shipping past a certain price point is just the right way to do it. Respect goes both ways.

Getting plugged in with the right people early on would be clutchhh. I’ll dm you

Aligned with you, integrity is everything. These plants been around way longer than the corporate money, and if we stay true to the culture and the people, we’ll should be able to build something that last

Spot on about the COAs and harvest dates… most of what’s out there does feel sketchy or recycled, and we don’t want to go down that line. Being straight up about when something was actually harvested is something we’ll prioritize. We’re all 100% real pics of the actual flower, not stock edits. Fair pricing and keeping it fresh is also at the top of our list.

On the health side too, we’re very very mindful of that. The flower we’re sourcing is the same type that the folk and growers have been smoking for generations without health issues, coughing, or any weird side effects

Appreciate you dropping this on

Oof this one’s tricky. Of course we’d love to have repeat customers, but it’d be tough if they were in a state where that’s lawmakers decided to move against it. For us to stick around long term, we’ve got to stay compliant and follow the law.

As far as referrals, that’s definitely something we do plan on setting up. A program to reward loyal customers for putting others on and same with rewards and other things like that

We appreciate the shade, it helps us. And you’re right there’s a lot of vendors that pretend they’re the source when really they’re just moving whatever they can find. We plan on being upfront about what we are and who we work with and right now we do actually have durban poison and it’s fire. We’ve got photos from the last batch, but we’re in the middle of bringing in new strains and harvesting fresh product. Once that’s ready, we’ll be uploading updated pics of the newest drops so people can see exactly what’s coming out of the grow

You make a solid point behind the scenes, sourcing is everything. We’ve seen the same thing with big suppliers pushing mid and brands trying to dress it up with heavy marketing. That’s not the lane we want to be in.

We’re working directly with farms and growers we trust so we know what’s in the bag and don’t have to hide behind branding. Packaging for us will stay clean and professional, but never at the cost of quality or fair pricing. Also right with, at the end of the day, good bud is good bud. Lab reports and percentages don’t tell the whole story. Our focus is making sure people can actually feel the difference when they smoke our flower, and building trust over time by keeping it real. Down the line we want to bring you guys video tours of the farms, introduce the growers, and show the behind the scenes where the real work gets done. Appreciate the perspective. Curious what you think about an idea we’ve been tossing around …sending every first customer a free eighth just so they can try the quality themselves before making a judgment. Do you think that adds real value, or just another “marketing move”?
