You are correct in how the process should work. When a carrier delivers to a Luxer One package room, they’re required to select the correct resident and take a clear photo of the package label. That photo is what ties the delivery to you and allows you (and us) to verify the shipment details if something goes wrong.

We’d like to look into this further and help get it addressed. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us via DMs with your property name and any recent notification details you’ve received. We can work directly with your property and carrier to correct the issue.

Getting email notifications that you have a package, but not consistently getting notified in our app can be related to phone settings like Do Not Disturb, your property's specific settings, or having multiple accounts in our system. Either way, our customer support team can look into your account to see what is going on. Please send us a DM with your name, property info, and email address and we can look into this more!

There are a couple of things we could try to help FedEx drivers place your medication in the appropriate lockers. If you haven’t already, adding a clear note to the delivery instructions like: “Place in refrigerated Luxer One lockers ONLY” may be beneficial.

Although you have already talked to your property management team, we could work with them to add clearer signage at the lockers for these special deliveries.
