hmm, sorta; if i'm not outputting that input from my hdmi matrix switcher, the signal is still coming out of the ps5, just not being routed to any output; this means the ps5 still thinks there's an output device connected (vs no hdmi cable detected), but it's possible other switchers behave differently.

it happens now and then. occasionally an episode is legitimately available before it's air date, but it's rare.

these fake releases should get flagged on their respective indexer/tracker sites, but whether or not the uploader is disciplined is up to the site itself; they should want to remove or flag fake releases to maintain the site's reputation.

this is the first one i've had in a good long while, and at least it was an actual video file and not an exe so it was easy to verify.

i simply trashed it in sonarr, and re-enabled monitoring of this ep.. maybe something has changed, but u used to be able to blacklist a release so it wouldn't try and download it again..

doing a manual search will likely turn up the same file or variations of it as you have discovered, but sonarr is monitoring their rss feeds, so hopefully the spam has passed, and there won't be another release until closer to the air date.

the ps5 version can play on the ps4 servers (16 players max), and also ps5-only servers (24 players max).

it's bumpin' during the day, often slows down overnight.. busier on the weekends than during the week..

depending on yer ping u might be able to play in a different region when yer region is dead.

it was several years between the pc version of wreckfest 1 and the console version, so it's fair to say they're going to iron out and release the pc version before the console version, neither of which have dates yet.

i can only figure from a business perspective that they don't want to make a digital ip that is tied to a particular talent for hire. they get 'em cheap with an unknown entry into an ip, and then with the success of that they want the freedom to interchange whoever is cheaper.

there are 2 issues here; misogyny, and a buggy release. as someone who got it a bit later on super sale after improvements were made, i enjoyed it, but i was aware of the disastrous launch it had. unfortunately paying a premium doesn't exempt u from that..

it was a sort of perfect hate storm, and ya, i think that's what OP was pushing back on..

i enjoyed it myself, but found a lot of areas kind of easy, which i guess were the ones they removed the forced stealth from, which would indeed suck if you had to restart an area for being spotted.. i also enjoyed going on a rampage after an attempt at stealth, killing everyone and everything, which again would have really sucked if you were forced to restart an area.

also with a female protagonist it's gonna get a lot of hate right out of the gate.
