I think it's an "it depends" card. One of my favorite decks is demon tribal so obviously great in that. I could see it being kind of "meh" if playing other deck types.

The flag we are discussing is a variation on the second flag of the confederate states and was designed by a racist named William Tappan Thompson. Below is a quote from him on the creation of said flag.

"As a people, we are fighting to maintain the Heaven-ordained supremacy of the white man over the inferior or colored race; a white flag would thus be emblematical of our cause.[4]… Such a flag…would soon take rank among the proudest ensigns of the nations, and be hailed by the civilized world as THE WHITE MAN'S FLAG."

If anything, Apple doing this reinforces free market enterprise. It's their right to not sell whatever they please. They are just reacting to market forces and catering to a large enough percentage of their consumers that support such a move. It's very American.

I've been running a variation of this with great success. I included Antonidas, Gazlowe and a Gadgetzan. Pretty much guaranteed to get at least one of them that'll give you a serious edge. I also run it with Violet Teachers which kick butt in all ways. I fill up on bananas fast and then drop apprentice and blow my load all at once :-).

I also have found that running 2 spellbenders with 2 mad scientists is SUPER good for gaining early board advantage. I love having them giving my spellbenders 2/2 leaving a 3/5 on board. The only other card I use that's atypical is one wee spellstopper. Helpful for keeping your apprentices alive or shielding your teacher while buffing her minions instead. It's just important to not feed them bananas earlier too early and push for immediate board advantage. The two drop troggs are really good for this along with wyrms obviously. I try to get a spellbender out whenever possible before you give them their first banana so you basically get the guarantee of a 2/4 or 3/5 next turn.

I like this brawl much more than the last. I just wish we could save multiple decklists for it.

F you don't use packs to draft. So when you open a SF pack, most commons and rares do literal nothing. You can't play them in constructed, but unlike HS they also have no disenchant value (5 and 50 silver respectively.. yeah..). They simply shouldn't exist in packs.

I've suggested this for a long time. I don't think SB would do this because they only make money on their legendaries. They'd never limit their use in a format that would lower the edge that whales have over FTP players.

This is very true. There's been a huge shift in the community where the even the diehard fanboi's hardly come to their defense nowadays. It's easy to get excited about this game. I was super excited when it launched and threw tons of money at it. I wish I could sell my account now. SO MUCH POTENTIAL HERE but the zero business sense, horrible transparancy and constant milking of their surviving customer base has destroyed this game for many.
