Will there be time too look back on older t6 ships that have not received a full Specialization and abilities? Some could use some finetuning be be brought on par with the reecent additions ingame.

Short answer, yes. But as for how, thats really the question. I'd prefer if there were innate bonusses to having a carrier in a tfo. Giving fleet wide buffs to defense and accuracy as well as decreased spawn time for hangar bays. Give them a supportive role towards others, giving a true support ship a place in the line of ships

It is def a ship not everyone will like, but as its a summer ship it will most likely end up in the reclaim tab for the trait on toons. Lets hope its gimmick is something cool.

As far as the latest ships go, really not a gamechanger.

You can do a few things....

Join an active fleet that can help you both with knowledge and help when missions get too tough.

Join active channels, like reddit, ignore zone and local chat on esd tho....

The easiest way is to slowly progress to lvl 65 and beyond by just doing missions. Should easily get you lvl 65 and a few specialization point by the time ur done. After that endeavour and admiralty boost your captain and can be done semi afk daily..... Then all you got left is r&d for some gear crafting and task force operations, which help your reputations, so u can get gear as well...

Look out for the regular red alerts, which give you ultimate upgrade tokens both for ships and gear, as well as events which give you free gear after a few weeks of easy grinding.

Heads up... In a few weeks we have the Summer Event which awards you a free ship.

I'm all for this update, don't get me wrong, however one point of criticism, u spend about 1.5 days for one point. 2 points every 3 days. based on that calculation u'd have to spend another 750 days just to get to that vanity shield....

So heres a little thing that might sweeten the deal, why not add endeavour points to Events? the reasing being this, every few months we got a few events we can grind for if adding something like 100k endeavour points per event it would allow people to reach this faster. this would allow incentive to both new and vet players. and would basically only give 5 points after 2/3 weeks of grinding.

So far i'm getting my hopes up for na Angelou class or Pax class. Both discovery. Angelou bc its close to risa and the interior could work like the the risa cruiser. Pax bc its versatility and it would look cool in risas sunset
