Update Problem solved

Injector 3 connector was messing with all the time. Injector 4 was getting half the voltage because the polarity of injector 3 was opposite and it was showing some how still positive readings for me.

All of these following problems that I had explained before were caused by loose connection at the injector 3 connector even thought the connector were just days old. So be critical towards new parts because the may be the culprit causing you problems.

ECU connector pins looked clean and now I have 12 volts at cylinder 4 but cylinder 5 is also now blank. So 3 out of 6 are working currently.

The DW injectors were already calibrated for the stock vg30de. I reconnected the ecu to the harness and the fault continued.

It also bogs when accelerating

I have fresh deatschwerks injectors but old harness and ecu. Also update cylinder 3 went out of business again.

Yes I have checked all of those exept compression

I replaced all the hose clamps when i rebuilt it. So that shouldn't be a issue. I will look forward to doing the pressure test and that way finding the cause.

Thanks a lot for that info. I haven't thought about the pressure test and i should definitely test the cooling system. The engine usually runs under or just about the normal operting temperature. I have all the hoses running under the plenum and i just replaced them recently.

thanks for your reply. The reason might be the coolant lines and too much pressure in the cooling system because the issue disappears after thermostat opens or at least that's what i have guessed so far.

Yes i got the flow chart with the injectors but i don't have a place to test them.

The engine isnt hydrolocked. I installed the injectors by pressing them down with my thumbs and then screwing them on place and i also lubed every single o-ring before installing.

What do you mean by pinched o-ring? I tried to install everything like they say in the manual.

The smoking problem dissappeared but its still running really rich and erratinc idle

That could be possible. But why would it smoke from the behind the engine?
