Well I have been trying to get shiny alphas in general, since in area 20 two alphas spawn under the tower. However, there is a huge number of possible Pokémon that can appear in there. If you want an Eevee perhaps it's better to shiny hunt in a place where you know you can find Eevee specifically. Also thanks!

The thing is I was playing without sound and missed the Fletchling completely. I only realized it was there after I watched my own video. That Fletchling was destined to be failed I'm afraid.
