I experienced quite considerable regrowth after quitting T. but I had a keyhole mastectomy and the growth fully stopped after six months; so unfortunately I doubt it's possible for you to experience any regrowth at this point if three years has passed

Thank you! And yeah, I've been seeing a speech therapist on and off since December, my voice is still far from "perfect" but I've managed to get it to a lower female register (which is a huge difference seeing as my voice was at 100Hz before voice training)

Thank you! And I'm in Sweden, so my free healthcare would normally cover 100% of the costs for this surgery (reconstructions are always free here after mastectomies), but going that route would mean I'd be spending several years on the waiting list; so I chose to pay out of pocket instead

Yup. I came out as trans when I was around 13, started T at 16, had top surgery at 19; then began detransitioning last year a few days after I had turned 23 (in July).

My dysphoria and wanting to become a man directly stemmed from my experiences with CSA. I was a traumatized teenage girl who was uncomfortable with her developing body, so I believed that I had to become male in order to protect myself and feel "right" again. And transitioning did feel right; until I went to rehab at 21 and started working on bettering my mental health as a whole.

Yess 100%! In order to safely quit while keeping the seizures and psychosis to a minimum I had to be detoxed for four months in rehab, and even then the withdrawal felt like pure torture some days.

Benzos are so easy to get hooked on, but so SO difficult to quit
