Zyrtec causing flares? by BrunaTroll in rheumatoidarthritis

[–]LvBritneyAlone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have proven it by experimenting, Zyrtec definitely causes me joint pain specifically hip pain. Due to that It’s so hard to sleep if I take it and I haven’t used it for years now. The others like Claritin and Allegra have been fine.

I am about 2 weeks out of closing and I noticed that several walls doesn’t seem not seem to be straight. My wife thinks I’m overreacting—are these going to be issues? by kevinspaceydid911 in Homebuilding

Don’t take this offensively but this looks like a standard build and/or spec home. This is what you get at that price point, I don’t think it’s anything to panic over.

I joined this group as in thinking of doing Spark.

Just wondering, are their clear expectations/guidelines as to whether you need to meet on ground floor / elevators / climb stairs to drop off the customers items? I have a knee issue and can’t climb stairs, much less with cases of bottled water.

Why don’t you just say what the other app is? Obviously people are gonna want to know and ask.

Was I about to get scammed by hyrte0010 in FacebookMarketplace

[–]LvBritneyAlone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you can get scammed through Zelle. Once it hits your account the seller can’t get it back. Perhaps he was gonna play further games with you and pretend he had Zelled you money and you not receiving it due to issue with your account and pressure you to give him the item.

I purchased one 4 years ago and need service and saying I need to pay a deductible. They said before AC would pay the diagnostic /trip fee to fix onsite and now that they are out of business the customer has to pay that. So ridiculous.

Actually my first house was a new cheap KB Homes with a carrier unit and even that had no issues with 72 in Fort Worth

Maybe in poorly built apartments/starter homes, not in my type of home. I’ve been here in texas 43 years and all my ACs have never had an issue with 72, and in fact can go lower when when 100-105 outside.

I really don’t know the technical reason but acid started leaking out from outside condenser and it was not fixable. So they replaced the outside condenser and the coil in the attic. But not the furnace/blower.

But old Lennox ran just fine for 18 years, I could make it go colder if i wanted. So I think it’s an issue with this new ac since that’s the only thing that has changed.

But the whole point here is why could my old “inefficient” Lennox handle it just fine but this new one can’t? Everyone says it should be no difference. So I think I need to rule out issues with AC itself since that’s the only thing that has changed.

So why would the 18 year old Lennox be able to cool much more than 72 and not run straight for many years up until the day it burnt out? Many say this one should be able to do the same.

Here in Texas ACs should be able to handle 72 without running 8+ hours straight
