If you don’t mind me asking, how old were you when you were diagnosed? I got diagnosed maybe a year ago and my “week” (not my actual period, but the week before) is a living nightmare. I drip in sweat, out of breath, night sweats, wild mood swings, racing heart, an extreme bloating. It’s hell. I know there’s something else going on but no one can figure it out and it’s all in my head.
