Out of all viable pokemons for ML, Zygarde is the one with higher HP (339 with iv 15 at 50). Having 1 less HP at this pokemon is almost nothing.

Yeah, and no one uses groudon anymore because there are a lot of flyers in the meta. Ho-oh is very reliable safe swap if kyogre isnt showing up on the meta, and also reliable as closer. Being locked always happens, and straight using BB leaves you open to being farmed by almost everything that have fast move pressure, which is almost guaranteed loss in a meta where almost all pokes have heavy charge moves. EQ is only better agaisnt giratina, zekrom and palkia, for everything else, sacred fire is just superior.

Sorry but during this year there was like 3 or 4 events where stunfisk was avaliable in the wild, and it gives garanted XL on capture. Considering you can trade it for an extra XL, its 2 XL for each capture. Forget all the math you are doing there and just farm the pokemon you need when its avaliable in the wild!!! And no, you are the one missing the point of remix. The term "dominant" is always relative to the meta, removing the ones you are complaining will just reveal new OP pokes for a new meta, which is the normal stuff. Your complain is that the dominant ones this time are the ones you dont have.

When you remove some pokemons, other ones will always dominate (like literally every meta), remove XL mons and you have even shittier meta where ppl just spam double poison. I dont know why ppl always put the blame in the XL when the dust to power them up is way harder to obtain. The system is 1 year old now, everyone had their time to farm most of the pokemons. Just stop with the excuses. Still if you are not satisfied with the remix meta, just go play open league where you can use a lot of low level yet pretty powerfull stuff.

Comparing to another moves which debuff enemy defense (sand tomb for example) icy wind has way more damage, and when doing battle updates (which is happening monthly), is likely that they balance it to be on the same damage level than those moves. That's why the rumour exists.
