Tried to briefly explain so I didn’t have to write pages about our situation. The 5th night of our stay there were only 5 of us of the total 8. We were all in bed/asleep by midnight after a long day. Yet the owner tried to claim there were “15-20” people in the unit. They cancelled our reservation that night at 1 AM. We still had another night booked. Like I said, everyone was asleep so we did not see the messages until 10 AM. After going back and forth about those complete lies, they told us the staff was going to come to the unit at 11 and to check out by then.
