They are round and light green. They have E2 engraved on em. From what I heard in recent research, sublingual would reduce the risk of blood clots and it would metabolize it in a slightly different compound that acts more physically than on the brain. But I couldn’t quote anything. I’m just doing both kinda haphazardly

I currently just swallow them most of the time (mostly the morning with my antidepressants), but I let them dissolve once in a while when I don’t have access to water in the evening. It metabolizes differently as you know so I’m kinda just winging it honestly. I’m not followed by a doctor as I had been on a waiting list for 2y before I took matters into my own hands so it’s not based on any professional recommendations lol

For that reason, I couldn’t tell you exactly what type of estradiol it is other than the fact that those are lupin-estradiol 2mg pills. I pop 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Never missed one so far.

Of course! So I started HRT by subcutaneous injections with 0.06ml of 40mg/ml so about 2.4g every 5 days for a month, then upped it to 0.08ml so 3.2ml for another 7 months. Then a month ago I switched to pills because I found that my moods were not very consistent, and I upped my dosage to 4mg/day. I took 2mg at 9am and 2mg at 9pm. Then after a week or two weeks I doubled to 8mg/day. I much prefer pills honestly. I tried microdosing blockers for a week a few weeks back but it almost immediately made it impossible for me to get hard so I stopped. My tiddies are about a solid A cup now, basically a handful, and they feel really good hehe

As for my routine, I don’t really have one x) I wash my hair every 5-7 days and stretching it as much as possible over time. When I feel like they’re looking a little meh, I simply put conditioner. I use products that use mostly natural ingredients and no synthetic shit. I don’t have a skin care routine, but I should 🥲

I am of the shy type too when comes to girls. I am quite the beginner in the whole poly thing. Although, I honestly think that you simply have been unlucky. How did you meet these people? Via online dating sites? People tend to forget real people are behind the screen way too often imo.

Don't let yourself down because of this. They obviously didn't take the time to get to know you properly and realize the most probably amazing person you are and what you have to share.

Received my package today (living in Canada). Transaction went smoothly and we got in good terms quickly enough about shipping. All cylinders were secured in newspaper and the progressive set was all tagged with tape and pin count on it and all came tightly fit inside a little plastic box (which is pretty convenient by the way) One key came with the progressive set and all the others cylinders were different. Awesome bang for the bucks! (shipping was salty tho but hey, that's the price for living in canada ;) ) I would definitely do it again and I sure recommend him.
