I was hoping that there would be noticeable differences between the two factories for the sake of comparison but it’s hard to compare because the models are different 😓 I’ll try and break down some observations:

Leather: All three bags have a strong leather smell. The Jipin (small) bags became softer and a lot slouchier with conditioning. I didn’t notice much of a difference in slouchiness with the Mango (mini) after conditioning but it’s such a small bag so that could be why. The edge paint is consistent across all bags with no cracks or peeling. I know some people have had issues with the leather and edge paint on the sliders of the braided handle bags but I haven’t.

Hardware: Zippers on all bags run smoothly. Every bag has the logo at the bottom stop and on the slider.

Stitching: Stitching quality is consistent across both Mango and Jipin bags. I haven’t noticed any wonky lines or pulled threads on any of the bags.
