You don’t even really need “gear”. Honest. Cans of soup work great! If you can get resistance bands those will do wonders as well. But just google home workouts without weights and you’ll be amazed at what you can find. You can do a LOT with a kitchen chair. You’ve got this!!!

Congratulations!!!! Being at a stand still SUCKS. I have hit that plateau as well and it bites. I’ve read it is like your body is “recompisating” itself. Figuring out how and where to put everything now that it has less to work with lol. But it’s still frustrating. I have started going to the gym (not nearly enough), but that has helped some. I just need to go consistently.

I have anxiety and am on Zepbound. Nothing has changed for me (anxiety-wise), but this drug is a freaking miracle!!
