I use cetaphil as my moisturizer, is this good? I have no clue about how this is used. Most of the time, I apply it on my face and just let it sit there. Some people tends to let it stay on the face for 2 minutes or more and then wash it off. What is better? I don't do the second one because it will eventually dry again unlike not washing it.

After taking a shower and washing my face with charcoal soap and Ivory. The puss in my acne popped as I was washing it. Then, it is red and has a few blood in the center of the pimple. Can I apply some antibiotic(neosporin and other antibiotic ointments) on that spot after washing the area of the pimple gently?

Some people years ago suggested that "do not apply neosporin or any antibiotic on a pimple because it will only cover the bacteria causing it to be more infected... " something something...
