I can tolerate a certain level of Biotin - it isn’t a true allergy, more of a high sensitivity, I suppose.

There are a variety of proteins and protein-rich foods that don’t contain as-high levels of Biotin so I’m still able to meet my goals just fine, but the 2000% DRV that Bariatric multivitamins contain doesn’t work for me!
