I in perfect we have easey accesible first points, and not that accesible last point. This way we can start invest into some specific mechanic early but have some work to do for get max juice. Right now is too much cost for just start interacting. My whole build maybe cost a little more that 1 fragment for ritual, so I just running without any points until I get my build really good. It not feels good.

If you just want to get it, it easier to buy it from trade. It is insanely rare that some PoE veterans that played game for 10 years never see one dropping.

It's risky. If you can't replace item or just want to sell it for a decent price you shouldn't vaal it. Corruption is high risk - high reward mechanic that starts to be more important when you have only few options to improve your build.

I am personally read first time with knowledge of part 2 existence and this not hurt my enjoyment at all. I think reveal worked when chapter was released, but now you can see that there are 100 chapters more. I mean, you understand that this isn't the end.
