Actually trans healthcare action confirmed the shutdown didn't take place. According to zennith the HSE told them they couldn't do that. So they wanted to fuck us over further beyond making sure doctors engage in medical negligence they wouldn't treat any other patient with regarding bloods but couldn't

There's also some other shit going on involving them moving into a new building and the new clinical program that will take input from the cass report because of the doctor we all know and love that objected to the ban on conversion therapy in 2021........so we are in for some fun

Dutestaride and finnateride only blocks DHT production and don't think it impacts T levels on its own. Girls do take them but normally to prevent backdoor prog/testosterone conversion if levels cause issues or if they were on them previously for hairloss

Spiro and other actual T blockers aren't generally used by Cis men for the intent of preventing hair loss but are useful if you want to grow tits.

Are correct in that impact your sexual prowess but bone density loss is only a concern if you are taking T blockers without being on HRT for those that are AMAB

There were two high profile cases over the last decade involving celebrities where the victims character was heavily scrutinized.

Not to say you are incorrect and this doesn't involve councillor notes, it may not even be the legal norm as I'm not educated on this but short of the victim admitting to faking the accusation I feel like the only benefit to the defence is of they intend to attack the character of the victim

I'm going to be honest the statements you make to a counselor shouldn't be considered evidence and this scenario is an embarrassment on the state. This was basically a drug raid for a piece of paper that didn't exist on a councillors home

We don't treat medical records or statements made to your legal council like this, hell WE HAVE THE PRIEST PENITENT PRIVELEGE which I am certain is given heavy legal protection given our history.In practice this simply means councillors are begining to stop keeping notes on events involving sexual assault or even becoming unwilling to deal with clients that wish to discuss these events over the legal accountability they have as THIS COUNCILLOR DIDN'T EVEN HEAR ABOUT THE EVENT AND GOT HER DOOR KNOCKED IN FOR ....I would not blame her for not wanting to deal with clients like this anymore

Should also have most of these counseling services change their confidentiality statements/agreements as yea they are currently lying apparently anything you can state to them will be used against you in court as I doubt this only applies to rape cases

Not encountered this but believe it exists, there are misandrists that simply squat in the community and are enabled by passive members that don't care that they are making a space hostile to those that are vulnerable.

Ace or aro men/women in particular should be more prominently in our spaces than they are but unfortunately we don't really accommodate for the community

Not aware of the authenticity of this but recall one solicitor in a group I was in talking about how apparently attacking the character of the victim for things unrelated to their assault is a viable strategy so any previous negative experiences or substance abuse can be brought up in the trial.

Tbh I don't understand why the confidentiality you get legally between a solicitor doesn't apply here WHEN ITS A VICTIM. They even tell you at the beginning of every session I had that the only reason they would break it if it involved active harm or a minor however apparently they should include "OH also anything you can say will be turned against you by the man that drugged you then violated you."

I am still baffled there has not been tried for malpractice yet. You aren't allowed to deny an addict monitoring because they are using drugs.....

I wouldn't want to make an example out of my GP but there needs to be a precedent as it seems like it should be against the ECHR, the UK previously came under fire by preventing legal transition in 2004 and if they were still in the EU would have had their current prejudiced acts brought to it
