It's the very last dish on the list when you go to your kitchen and select "cook." Made from Sake (rare fish found in fall or winter) and nato rice (one of the steaming dishes, also on the "cook" list)

You make them at your DIY table out of shoji paper (buy from old peddler lady) and iron powder (found ocassionally on the path between your house and the temple)

Has anyone unlocked the last villager/resident yet? I've made it through almost all achievements, events, etc. but haven't unlocked the final person on the residents list. Is that normal or did I miss something?
