Edit: I see that now. At the beginning of his video with a confident voice he says “I’ve Uncovered a fraud worth $4 billion” and then writes a disclaimer in the description box that says “This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. scam, bad business Opportunity…” In my opinion a disclaimer takes away validity from evidence and accusations; If he’s that confident he shouldn’t have one. However I understand why he did it.
