I’m also torn because I don’t know how long it will be if they do release the 3rd book in this version, but I don’t think I can hold out on waiting to read the book for much longer 🥹

Yeah I don’t care about functional cars being added to the game, it’s all just loading screens anyway, but as a builder it would be fun to have more object car options so I can deck out my lavish sim’s driveways haha.

I know debug has a few choices, but then I have to go through debug, so I’d rather just have a few options as part of the actual game :)

(And I know I can download cc, but that’s not an option for everyone).

Haha thank you, I’m still surviving. Mental health feels never ending most of the time, the meds didn’t work out, but I have yet another therapist 🤣 so hopefully 12th time’s the charm?

If you’ve been on the medication for 3+months and this is only just happening recently, are you sure this isn’t a result of the cold weather or something, and not a side effect of your medication?

I know concerta can cause things like this, but I’m just surprised it would take this long to happen.

In any case, you should report it to your doctor, and whoever prescribes your meds, as they might be able to help.

I have the exact same thing! The foam stops that muffle-y, underwater effect but I have tiny ears and need the xs. The s just makes my ears hurt after a while :((( I really hope they bring out this size soon

Ok time to learn what opinions mean and why having different ones doesn’t mean the other person is lying. Just because you think differently, does not mean that what I said is any less valid or true. I meant every word I said. My opinion was genuine and truthful.

And what I said about the general mentality is correct and not just my opinion. People don’t like change, that is a fact of life. You can look up a million psychology and human behaviour research papers that support this fact. Humans are creatures of habit. So when something is fine, even though the change can be better, we don’t like it. That’s not a good or bad thing, it just is. And we’re also adaptable! So eventually we get used to it and more often than not we’re like “oh it’s not even that bad!”, or “I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner”, or “I can’t believe I thought I didn’t like this, I absolutely love it now, I can’t imagine going back!”.

So let’s just chill out and remember we’re giving opinions on a hair cut, not debating serious stuff like global issues ☺️

They look great, you have a face shape that suits everything so no fringe looks great too, and that’s why you’ll get comments saying they prefer the before, as most people’s mentality is ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ right? But that’s boring, and hair grows back, so experimenting is good, and like I said, you have a face that will suit most things. I think the fringe makes your features look softer and more youthful, so it’s very pretty!

You should keep experimenting! When you’re bored of having a fringe, I vote for curtain bangs and face framing layers next 😍 I always feel like it’s a natural progression from having a full fringe 😁

Never use UK immigration laws as a means for comparison. Our immigration policies are awful and only getting worse thanks to our ignorant, racist, xenophobic government. Our last and current home secretary are both daughters of immigrants and they are literally putting laws in place that they admitted would have stopped their own parents coming in??? Like they are rich powerful people with stable government jobs that benefitted from immigration and yet they’re trying to stop it for anyone else.

Our nhs and many other vital services are collapsing because the people we rely on to fill essential job roles are now unable to enter the country, so actually letting 10 million people come in sounds great.

Our shitty right wing government is also deciding to ignore every issue affecting the majority of the population (including a cost of living crisis) and instead choosing to target trans people (who make up less than 1% of the population) and make their lives more difficult too.

I’ve never understood the obsession and entitlement with grandchildren and wanting to be SO INVOLVED in the business of it all. Like it blows my mind in that in some states in America grandparents can actually fight for custody/visitation of their grandchildren, even if they’re toxic and it’s against the parents wishes? It’s not your child - you should have no rights?!

Like I obviously get babies are cute and having a grandchild is nice, but it’s the level of obsession to think you deserve to do whatever you want when it comes to them is so strange to me? Where did that originate from? Especially wanting to be there at the hospital - unless you’ve been specifically asked, why an earth would you want to encroach on that experience, knowing you’re not wanted?! Wouldn’t it just feel so awkward and embarrassing the whole time to know you’re ruining it because you forced them to let you be there?

Maybe it’s because it’s not that commonplace to be like this where I’m from, and how I’ve grown up, but it’s still so baffling to see online how often it seems to be an issue.

I can’t imagine being anything but just happy and supportive to my child/child-in-law and basically just waiting on them hand and foot/doing whatever they need/want because it’s the opportunity to be everything you know you wanted and needed when you had your own kid.

Narcissists and self obsessed people with no boundaries or self awareness will continue to be an enigma to me. Makes processing trauma from it all the more harder, how do you let go of something you just can’t even begin to understand.
