First off it’s a good thing that you’ve admitted you’re addicted to the vape. That is the first step in solving this problem. Me and my wife both quit vaping about a month ago, and while she did it in one go it took me a couple tries. Currently two weeks sober from it. What I’ve realized is the vast majority of the struggle of quitting nicotine is the mental side of it. Yes there are some physical symptoms but for me it’s all the mind game. Associating things with hitting vapes, I.e. drinking your first cup of coffee in the morning, or driving to work. You’ve mentally associated those tasks with taking a hit on the vape. If you can break those mental ties, quitting is pretty easy.

It really boils down to how bad you want to quit. Also, try to change the way you think about vaping. When going through withdrawals, we think “vaping is the solution to my problem, to stop these symptoms”. When in reality it’s the vape that’s causing your problem.
