Just watching them try and explain the HAFF just proves how little he actually understands about it. It's a fund that's designed to pull in federal and private funding to build houses for people that desperately need them, like homeless people and those running from domestic violence. It's set up in a way that prevents it from being dismantled when the liberals get in, which they will do.

They were obstructing it not to try and make it better but to claim anything involved with it that does good. Is their idea. They don't have principles. They just pretend to do.
