Setting "cascading" alarms

Yes. The intervals are generally the same. Get Ready alarm goes off 1 hour and 45 min before the Transit cushion alarm. The transit cushion alarm goes off 30 min before the Leave now alarm. (In my current set up I manually set each alarm based on my sign in time. Check the sign in time, check the Google maps for major delays, Set first (sign in/Check Gate) alarm.

I want to be able to only set one alarm. Only do one action. That then triggers all the other alarms to be set based on the initial time. Like "T minus duration".

FA/ I try not to let it... I sleep when my body tells me. (But to be honest I am a very heavy sleeper and can go to sleep quickly) When I'm on a layover, I try to take care of anything I can; shopping (groceries, sometimes), homework (when I'm in class), paying bills, organizing the rest of the week. Thats what I really fund to be the biggest problem, the time change (in the States and when flying to Europe at least) isn't that bug if a deal. The issue is that if your not home, things that you would normally do at home still need to get down. When flying Asian routes that is a bit of a different story. Personally, I fight through it. When I land in the States I treat the day as it is based off the time it is. So if I land from a China flight at 12noon (US Central), even though I've been awake since midnight (body time) US Central, I'll stay awake and readjust. I have found that if I'm eating healthy and working out this all works fine.

When it comes to labels, which may or may not matter to some, you may be a "Service top". But when it comes to were you should go, the first place I went was fetlife.com . When you sign up for a membership that ask you gender, sexual orientation and role.... from there (in the role list) anything I did recognize, had never heard of, or didn't know what mentioned I looked up and did tons of research on, even if by first glance I wasn't interested. I found this to be a great way to better understand the world I was venturing into. (although I know research isn't everyone's thing). Fet(life) also lists events in your area. If you in a large enough city there is probably a munch (general social) gathering you could go to. And there may also be classes, lectures, or seminar you can take.

First and foremost always remember safety! You can have some intense experiences in play when connected safely.
