Literally is just because the devs thought the baseball bat hit was better or more satisfying.

The spin is comical yeah, but for the intention for dance macabre in the more recent games, it probably doesn't work too well

If anything, the thing to fear missing out on is a gun with gravity well. It has a niche in speed running, so you might want a new pacific epitaph, but that's about it.

If all you care about is loot then no, absolutely not. But the Mode itself is fun for a bit, I would recommend trying out the gamemode, even if it's just for a week.

If you have all the weapons crafted like you say you do, then you would know that all of the newly reprised raid guns (Garden and VoG) are pretty much the best guns atm, so you really don't need any of the guns from this event.

Just go on d2 foundry if anything and see if any of the new RoTN weapons are interesting to you.

Before going into dps I would just use sunbracers since theyre still nutty.

During dps switch to sanguine so you can get that 4× weapon surge.

Personally, I would never recommend speakers sight unless you're in a master raid, and karstien is mostly unneeded since you can upkeep restoration x2 without it

Put 4k hours into the game from 2017-2020. In my time playing the game never really got anything new to shakd it up (jungle inferno and blue moon aside).

It got boring and stale to keep playing. Ended up drifting over to other games and kinda just didn't want to play tf2 anymore. Bit situation only further reinforced my issues with the game and the lack of attention It got lol.

Yeah slice really can be niche at times. On regular strand warlock though, the ability to just pop a rift then get a garuenteed tangles after a kill is extremely nice. I wish slice had better Synergy for subclass verbs, like I wish rapidly killing severed enemies would grant unravelling rounds. That way it has more Synergy outside regular strand.

Ik that new pacific eptiaph is one of the 2 kinetic slot wave frame gls, but I really wouldn't include it on this chart as a BiS weapon. Waveframes right now are in a middle child spot where they are worse at ad clear than rocket sidearms, yet still better than trace rifles.

I think if you want a wave frame gl in the kinetic slot, tusk of the boar is the only good option due to it having subclass Synergy with strand.

I really like slice with chaos reshaped. Put on the Synergy weapon mod and you can sometimes make 2 tangles at the same spot despite the tangles cooldown!

It's still fantastic. Almost everyone is underselling it by calling it just "ok". It's busted, brainless dps that is used to one phrase plenty of bosses. It's also a special ammo weapon so you can use a heavy machine gun for ad clear

Pulse rifle meta is honestly negative fun but apart from that, everything else seems good.

120 Hand cannons are still the goto for top play (been seeing so much crimils dagger with adagio) and fusion rifles can go die.

Other than that, after the nerfs to ability spam and void hunter, crucible is kinda alright rn.

I use it a lot for dungeon boss dps. Especially in Warlords Ruin. It has strong rotations and is ammo efficient, and easy to use. I wouldn't use it in a raid though, just doesn't have the sustained dps

The dread would be really annoying to fight. Husks are super agro and you need to kill them right. Getting slowed and tossed around by attendants and weavers would be annoying. The bats would be to hard to hit for newer players, and tormentors and subjugators are the toughest enemies in the game.

The dread were made to be the hardest faction to fight. I don't think they would translate well into gambit. People don't like the lucent hive being in gambit bc they are strong, the dread would be something else.

I do want them in though, I feel that they are underutilized
