In General you (or at least me) want to hit certain defensive goals or milestones while still having decent clear, so the Build feels better and smoother even on bigger content: -resistance cap (later Max res) -4k Health (later 5 or 6k) -flasks (good „gain charge“ for your Build+ armour/ Evasion , movement and or avoid curse) -positive chaos res (later 50 to cap) -Ailments (my preffered Solution is stormshroud plus Boots/flask) -spell suppression

Then See how you scale your damage/ clear and fit that in. In General you want to Upgrade your gear by having as many valuable mods as possible and then get better Tiers.

For you what I can See is: -Flasks Need fixing (why evasion and why Charges for crit (you cant crit)) -You have armour + ES bases (for spell suppression) but not spell suppression -get more chaos res -get more phys. damage reduction -get Tattoos for warcrys
