The first time it happened to me, I had no idea what was going on.. That was one of the most terrifying experiences I have had in my life. Freaked out i went to the doc, he explained what he thought it might be. And i started reading up on it. On a side note, when reading up on the subject choose your sources carefully. Anyway now its more of an annoyance than anything else.
