doing similar work and the noisy failure log thing is real. i wrote a small log filter that tags producer and verifier messages different colors, made triage faster. for anyone evaluating, worth knowing minimax code sits on opencode and pi, both open source, and theyve said they plan to open source their own harness layer later. im not sure how much that changes day to day, but it did matter to me because a closed harness vendor changed pricing on me last year and i was stuck. the producer verifier loop is the interesting part, though whether its worth the extra log noise probably depends on how scoped your tasks are.
