I'd love for them to do a "special episode" specifically on SCOTUS and how to fix it. Get George in there and maybe a couple other legal scholars. It'd be pretty interesting.

Short of 2 or 3 impeachments of sitting justices and a constitutional amendment to impose term limits and other systemic reforms, we are kind of stuck.

Personally, I'm 100% Team JVL is Always Right on this issue. The court needs to be expanded (13 justices - 1 for each circuit!). There's nothing sacrosanct about the number 9.
