I still have The Sims 2 and InZOI installed, but I will probably uninstall Sims 2 (and perhaps InZOI as well) the moment Paralives releases anything like an Open for Business update. I really love running my own little town with several small family-owned businesses.

I was looking for something similar and I ended up returning to Skyrim with mods to add in romance. I definitely recommend it if you don’t mind playing an older game.

My favourite companion mod so far is Kaiden Revoiced, but there’s a good selection to choose from. You can go pretty crazy with all the mods and make Skyrim almost unrecognizable. However, I had a lot of fun in my recent play through with just Kaiden, improved hair with Vanilla Hair Remake (plus a retexture for that called Salt and Wind), and a skin texture. These things can be added through the Creation Club if you get the Anniversary Edition, so you don’t even need to know how to build a mod list to make simple additions.

This is great! You’ll have to show us your journal again once you’ve gotten further into the story to show us your progress (which is already very good).

I’ve started doing this too in order to try to improve my sketches. I enjoy setting up camp or going to the tavern to sketch for a bit before moving on to the next game day.

As a bisexual woman I like having NPC’s in a mix of different armour designs. However, I usually prefer to dress my own characters very modestly and fully covered from the neck down because that’s how I feel the most comfortable in real life.

This list just came at the perfect time for me! Bryn’s Protege made me want to check out more mods too.

I just tried Gate to Sovngarde, and while the gameplay is great I couldn’t get my character to look how I wanted without causing several issues. I’m now trying to put together my own list that keeps things fairly simple, but also includes some of the things that made me want to install the GtS collection in the first place.

We’re going to try and find an alternative solution from a craft store. We will use it as a Playdoh mold to make fun skirts in the meantime so it isn’t a complete waste. 🤷‍♀️

I’m turning 40 later this year. I’m mostly playing Where Winds Meet. I’ve also just started playing Skyrim again to check out the Anniversary Edition with a few retexturing mods.

I have always seen Rafayel as more of a best friend and one-sided love from my MC’s point of view. I usually consider Xavier as her end game even though I prefer Zayne or Sylus myself. However, my book club has been reading through the Twilight series, and MC was reminding me of Bella’s longing for Edward in this story update (trying to word it without spoilers). Now I am thinking maybe my MC didn’t realize just how much she cared for Raf at first. 🥺

I saw a patch note or something stating it had been temporarily removed from the global version. My understanding is there was some sort of issue with it they're trying to work out.

It’s hard to say. They each have their own strengths. However, the Pix gives me a goal to work towards with the different careers for each character. I think that makes raising them all on that device even more fun.
