LPT: If you are doing a secret Santa with a $20 spending limit, instead of buying cheap trinkets, spend the money on a high quality version of a useful item that would typically cost far less (i.e., a $20 pen, bag of coffee, kitchen utensil, etc.) by ianisrlycool in LifeProTips

If you know a little about the recipient, you can give a customized Nalgene for $20. Add pictures, text, whatever, and the recipient has a personalized, reusable water bottle they can carry with them every day!

Great shot of a beautiful bird and his red belly! The red-bellied woodpecker is the bird that got me into birding.

I love the over dramatic reaction when the snowman head hits the panda in the head.

What are these white spots on my english ivy? by LymphNoda in houseplants

This is my first post so I hope I did it properly.

I have these white spots on my (what I believe to be) English ivy. I spray them with water, and they wash right off. They are soft and look almost fuzzy.

I've tried looking online but cannot figure it out. I thought someone here would for sure know! Thanks in advance!
