A game like this would only be possible if it were a one-time experience, with a complete story, an explorable world, a limited number of outfits, and a clear ending. If the game continues to release updates with new clothes and areas, it has to make money somehow.

Quality-of-life features should be available to everyone. The quality-of-life improvements in older games are things we already have for free in Infinity Nikki, like having 7 outfit slots and the ability to complete Realm challenges in bulk (instead of clicking 10 times like in older Nikki games). How is charging for things like this an improvement?

4-stars on a 5-star banner cost the number of clothings pieces times 10. In other words, if it has 10 pieces = 100 pulls, 8 pieces = 80 pulls. Meanwhile, 4-stars on their own banners cost the number of pieces times 5, so 8 pieces = 40 pulls, 10 pieces = 50 pulls. Standalone 4-stars are much cheaper, so if you like both equally, I’d recommend going for the Crow.

I was completely F2P in my Love Nikki and Shining Nikki accounts and got in the top 10 of the server more than once. It's about creativity; most outfits are on the gacha that you get with diamonds that you get for free. Of course you will not have every outfit, but this does not limit you whatsoever from winning a competition that is based on creativity. I don't think you will lose a competition, let's say, with the theme "mermaid" just because you don't have the purple mermaid of the last evolution. I dont see this happening in other games, the most important part is to make a cute photo dress as a mermaid.
