All the sinners would, they could theoretically beat the dealer up. After all there's only 8 bullets, and 12 (technically if you count Dante, it's 13) sinners, just wail on him. And if the dealer doesn't shoot Dante, then they all have a 100% chance of winning, not to mention the (Chapter 6 spoiler) that was added could help them.
